Campaign Update #24: Shipping Update

Hello backers! We're still working hard to get everybody their games as quickly as we can.

Here's an update by region:

Asia and South America: Shipped. All backers in this region should have received shipping confirmation by now. If you are in this region, and have not received your tracking number, send us an e-mail right away at [email protected].

Canada, Australia and New Zealand: Shipping is underway. We have shipped out some orders, and our depots in these regions are working hard to ship out the rest as quickly as possible.

USA: We ran into some very boring complications with our depot in this region that delayed our fulfillment. We have now worked through those issues and shipping should begin very soon.

Europe: After our last update, the shipment of games was delayed yet again, but it has now arrived at the depot. Our partner has all the orders on hand and will begin shipping very soon!

Please be patient as we work through the fulfillment process with our partners. All backers should receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when their order goes out.

Campaign Update #22: Canada Shipment Arriving Soon, Spanish Instructions Now Available

Hello backers!

Games Arriving Soon to Canada

We've heard from our freight company that our games coming to Canada should arrive in the next few days! We'll be sending the list of orders for our Canadian depot very soon, so if you need to make a last-minute change to your address, let us know right away at [email protected] or by sending us a message through Kickstarter or BackerKit.

If you're located in Ontario, we sent an e-mail to you a while back offering you the option to pick up your game in person. If you would like to take advantage of that offer, and still haven't done so, email us at [email protected] and we'll mark your order accordingly. We do not know yet exactly when games will be available for pickup, but will send out an e-mail when we do.

In the meantime, our shipping companies in Asia, Australia and the USA have begun the process of getting everything ready to ship. We'll keep you posted as we hear more news.

Spanish Instructions Available

The Spanish translation of the instructions is complete! You can download the file here, and we'll also be uploading it to the 5-Minute Dungeon page on BoardGameGeek.

Campaign Update #21: Ready to Ship Asia, USA and Australia!

Greetings backers!

From the very beginning of the campaign, we've promised a ship date of May, and we built a lot of hedge into our time estimates to make absolutely sure we'd be able to keep that promise. Well, things have gone so smoothly on the logistics side that we've actually already received the games at our depots in China, Australia and the USA, two months earlier than planned! That means we're putting plans in motion to ship out most backers' games very soon.

If your games are being shipped anywhere except Canada or Europe, we're looking to send the shipping details for your order to our depots this week. If you need to make a last-minute adjustment to your address, let us know right away at [email protected] or by sending us a message through Kickstarter or BackerKit.

And for our backers in Canada and Europe, don't fret... your games should be arriving soon and we'll let you know when they do.
